What is the safety factor for your polyester round slings?keyboard_arrow_down
Our polyester round slings are manufactured with a strict 7:1 safety factor (SF) in
accordance with EN 1492-2 standards. For US markets, we also adhere to ASME B30.9
guidelines which typically mandate a 5:1 design factor. Always refer to the specific
tag on the sling.
How often should lifting slings be inspected?keyboard_arrow_down
Inspections should occur at three intervals:
Initial: Before first use.
Frequent: Before each shift or lift by the user.
Periodic: A complete inspection by a designated person at
least every 12 months, or more frequently based on severity of service.

Yes. While we stock standard lengths up to 20 meters, our manufacturing facility can
produce custom continuous loops or eye-and-eye slings up to 60 meters and 500T
